Payment methods

At THE STRINGPOINT GROUP, you can place your order online easily and securely, and subsequently make your payments safely as well. THE STRINGPOINT GROUP maintains a policy of TOP PRIORITY CUSTOMER SERVICE. You can pay for your order online via our RABOBANK SMARTPAY module using iDeal, credit card, Bancontact, ApplePay, GooglePay, etc., or by bank transfer. If you pick up your order at the Stringpoint Boutique, you can also pay in cash or by debit card there.

PAY YOUR BILL VIA BANK TRANSFER

After you have received the order confirmation for your order from THE STRINGPOINT GROUP, you will also receive an invoice via email, which refers to your order number in the description. This invoice is also included with the products you ordered. We apply a payment term of eight days after ordering. After this period, your order will be automatically cancelled if the payment has not been credited to our account.

YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE DELIVERED AUTOMATICALLY ON ACCOUNT

It is not guaranteed that if you select "on invoice" among the payment options, you will receive the order on invoice. As soon as you have confirmed the order and received our invoice, we kindly ask you to settle it within eight days. The order will be shipped upon receipt of payment. Every order is checked and approved individually.
