For all orders processed and prepared by THE STRINGPOINT GROUP, the products and packaging, or items, are checked for functionality, any damage, and/or defects prior to shipment.
This packing and inspection process is also recorded on video. Subsequently, the product is sealed, secured, and/or otherwise provided with a quality mark by our packing team and then offered for shipment in secure, protective, and anonymous packaging.
Should it appear upon delivery that the packaging has been damaged and/or opened during transport, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and email a photo of the damage. We can monitor live when the package is delivered to you. You can send complaints to [email protected]. The date and time of the Track & Trace is binding in this regard.

If you have doubts about products regarding sizes, materials used, sound volume, etc., you can pick up your order at the Stringpoint Boutique entirely without obligation and at no extra cost. Simply click on "pick up at Stringpoint Boutique" at the end of your order, and you will be notified as soon as you can come to pick up or view your order; naturally, this is without any additional charge and entirely without obligation.
FREE SHIPPING
THE STRINGPOINT GROUP also applies the house rule of TOP PRIORITY CUSTOMER SERVICE to its deliveries; we work exclusively with reputable parties for shipping, such as DHL Express, DHL Parcel, PostNL, and Bpost. We cover the shipping costs (above €50.00 within the EU), unless there are unusual sizes and shapes of a potentially ordered item, and/or special requests or destinations regarding the order.
DISCREETLY PACKED
All products from THE STRINGPOINT GROUP are packaged extremely discreetly in a plain box that does not reveal that it contains erotic items and/or originates from a THE STRINGPOINT GROUP company. This is certainly nice! The sender does not contain the word "Stringpoint". Your order with THE STRINGPOINT GROUP is therefore entirely discreet and protects your privacy. Furthermore, our packaging is also environmentally friendly!
CANCEL ORDER
You can also cancel your order with THE STRINGPOINT GROUP without giving a reason. However, this is only possible within two hours of receiving the order confirmation! We process your order immediately, as it may happen that your order has already been shipped. Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, the purchase obligation arises, which you confirmed via our website. The final step of the ordering process was: by clicking 'buy', I place an order with an obligation to pay and I agree to the general terms and conditions. If you cancel outside the established two hours, this is entirely at your own risk. Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to cancel your order at the time of shipment. You may, however, refuse your order upon receipt. You can send complaints regarding the reason for refusal to [email protected]. In the event of refusal and/or late cancellation, you will still be held responsible for the costs incurred.
RETURN SHIPMENTS
THE STRINGPOINT GROUP will not accept returns of products or orders without prior written consultation or permission to return, regarding the reasons for the return and the procedure for the return shipment. Packages returned without prior (written) consultation will be refused by us, and the purchase obligation as well as the payment obligation will remain in effect.

If you exercise your right of return (select number of items), the shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Returns from abroad, other than the Netherlands, are always at your own expense and risk.
