In the Stringpoint customer database (exclusively in physical stores), you can save up for a free gift card; this STRINGPOINT GIFT VOUCHER has a value of €25.00.

Your purchases in the Stringpoint Boutiques are automatically credited to your name in the customer database. Online orders picked up in the store also fall under this savings system.

Once you have reached a total amount of at least €300.00 in your name in our customer database, you will automatically receive a STRINGPOINT GIFT VOUCHER from us.

This STRINGPOINT GIFT VOUCHER will be sent to the email address you provided or via WhatsApp. You can indicate this as a preference when registering in the customer database.

The STRINGPOINT GIFT VOUCHER is personal and non-transferable; this also applies to the accumulated balance in your name in the customer database. The accumulated balance in the customer database remains valid for two years after the last purchase. The free gift card obtained is valid for a period of three months. Third-party purchases cannot be added to the customer database under your name.

Special offers / prizes may be excluded from being credited to the loyalty program. Purchases made with the gift card received and/or a sponsored gift card are also excluded from being credited to the customer database, exclusively for the value of the voucher obtained.

The free STRINGPOINT GIFT VOUCHER provided is valid for a maximum of 3 months, as per the date printed on the received STRINGPOINT GIFT VOUCHER.

The STRINGPOINT GIFT VOUCHER obtained through sponsorship is valid for a maximum of 3 months, as per the date printed and/or written on the received STRINGPOINT GIFT VOUCHER.

These STRINGPOINT GIFT VOUCHERS are not stackable; only 1 STRINGPOINT GIFT VOUCHER can be redeemed per purchase / per day. Likewise, 1 STRINGPOINT GIFT VOUCHER per (loyalty card) name; these are personal and non-transferable. A purchased STRINGPOINT GIFT VOUCHER is valid for up to three years after the date of purchase.

All STRINGPOINT GIFT VOUCHERS are non-refundable for cash, even upon the return of purchased items.

In the event of misuse of the STRINGPOINT GIFT VOUCHER or the loyalty program, the balance will be forfeited immediately.

All data is handled with the utmost discretion and will never be sold and/or transferred to third parties, nor made available for inspection.
